Return Policy

Domestic orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit.

Domestic returns will be refunded in the form of store credit on an SoKellie gift card.

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays. If your order was purchased using a gift card, you will be refunded directly back to the gift card. Store credits and gift cards are non refundable.

We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

SoKellie cannot currently create return labels for APO/FPO addresses, as they require customs information for shipping.

International returns are accepted. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. View our international returns policy.
